Change your account email

Your email address signs you in and gets the codes. You can move the account to a new address from Settings.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then your account, and choose Change email.
  2. Enter your account password and the new address.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to the new address.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to the old address. The change happens at once.

Good to know

  • No longer have the old address? Choose I can't get this email, then Wait 7 days. We tell the old address at once, and any signed-in device can cancel the change in that week.
  • Your devices stay signed in after the change.
